Dr. Halverson is great. Really thorough at figuring out what is going on with you.

As an established patient I do not believe I should have to see my family physician to have a yearly hearing test. As a new patient I di not have to go through this why now. I also know that Dr. Dana is no longer associated with this establishment. I completely understand why.

Lisa was a great help. She is very friendly and caring.

My wife Rachael Dye has been going to him since October. We have loved our experience so far. We have been treated very nice and we love how sweet, kind and caring he is and his whole staff. Today Rachael had a procedure done and the OutPatient Center was great. Dr and the staff treated her very kind and was there checking on her the whole time when she got sick and did what they needed. Her procedure went good and she has one more in November. We will recommend him to anyone.

One hearing device was not working. No problem getting it sent for repair.

I went in for a free hearing test, the ladies up front were nice. The lady who performed my hearing test did, in my opinion, a very thorough job. But when my wife went in for the hearing test they were not thorough at all! My wife has tinnitus and trouble and they told her that her hearing was excellent. Seems to me, if you're not there paying for tests or treatment, they're not doing their job right.

Best hearing clinic in the Marshall county area. Wonderful staff!
