do not use this doctor! they will take advantage of you especially the elderly. any doctor that has to send flowers in the mail to get new patients is desperate. if you have or buy hearing aids from *Note they are probably old and can not be adjusted to fit your needs!!!!!

The facilities at Huntsville Hearing Aid Center are very clean and they have up to date technology there. It is amazing what type of technology is out there for a hearing center.

Decatur Hearing Aid Center is wonderful. Every one who works there are very friendly and they know what they are doing.

We have tried for four weeks to connect with the audiologist in the Rome store to fix problems with our hearing aids, but to no avail. Originally, my husbands tennitis shield was perfect. Everything that was set in his hearing aids the way he wanted them, until we brought them in to be adjusted. Now they are only good on one setting. On Friday, we had an appointment to see this audiologist, but instead he walked out of the store and passed us as he went to his car to leave 10 minutes before closing. I really don’t think this audiologist likes his job, and we will never return to this store. Along with this, we will be sure to tell anyone we know, including social media about the lack of customer service.

Had Previously been told to not let anyone try to fit me with a hearing aid due to would not do me any good. Tried my neighbors one day and could hear. Visited the Fayetteville site and was fitted for hearing aid, was so surprised to be able to hear, probably 50% better. Personnell were extremely nice , very helpful and explained everything. Able to wear for 2 weeks prior to paying any money and if not aable to hear , did not have to pay anything. I am extremely satisfied with withn the improvement in my hearing
