Sheryl Johansen is a highly skilled, patient oriented audiologist. I have very little innate hearing left. Sheryl's extensive knowledge of hearing technologies and determination allowed her to find the right hearing system for me. She worked through, with the manufacturer, issues and taught me to get the most out of the system. I can now hear things I haven't heard in many years, get phone call and TV through my hearing aid each of which is a significant improvement. I perform better at work and am much more engaged at home.

Nice people to work with great service

The Center was convenient with parking available. My appointment was on time and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Those who I have told to go there have been extremely satisfied. You can look forward to a truly enjoyable experience! They even call once and awhile to see how things are going and if I have any questions. The Hearing Center of Ohio exceeded my expectations!

I had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE at Advanced Hearing Solutions. I've needed hearing aids for some time now but, because of vanity and a bit of insecurity, did not get them. So happy with my Oticon Hearing Aid but I am ecstatic with the customer service at the Hearing Aid Center. I was very anxious about taking this step and Colleen and Tootie could not be any kinder or more supportive. That has made all the difference. I am very grateful to them and to the center.

American Ear Hearing is an excellent place to go for hearing aids. Nate is knowledgeable, patient and always has a smile on his face. He makes the appointment enjoyable and always finds the solution to the problem. Sharon always makes you feel like part of the family when you walk into the office. She is very efficient and has a warm personality. I would highly recommend the Hilliard location.

I was was trying out new hearing aids and started a new job same time. I could not leave early so Dr. Lori offered to stay late to accommodate me. This way I could work full days. I have been trying several different aids and going back several times and Dr. Lori has been making it easier by working with me in choosing the right aid and staying late each time. The gentleman that runs this place is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He goes out of his way to help you with your needs. If he doesn't know the answer he will find out.
