Hearing Aid

My husband went in for a hearing test today. His appt. was for 12:00 noon. The receptionist told him the hearing aid specialist, Andrea, was on a break. She returned 10 minutes late for the appointment. During the testing, my husband told her several times her microphone was not working. She opened the door and told the receptionist to call the audio repair department. Testing continued with 5 or 6 interruptions by the receptionist with questions from the repair people. After testing was completed Andrea suggested my husband try a pair of aids and walk around the store for 15 minutes or so, which my husband did. When he returned, he was told Andrea went to lunch. Needless to say, we are not ordering hearing aids from this Costco! Frustrating and unprofessional!

Took my father-in-law to see Joey because he kept taking his hearing aid out. Said everything was too loud and he couldn't hear TV. My father-in-law is a retired navy veteran and stuck in his ways insisting he didn't need one. Mr. Trutwein was able to get him fitted with little fuss. Now when I call my mother-in-law, I can hear her and not have to shout over the TV being so loud because my father-in-law isn't using his hearing aids. Now I just have to talk my father into going!

Been going to Miracle-Ear for many years. Improvements on aides happen about twice a year and I have been informed of each one. All my questions have been answered and explained in detail. Once a year test keeps aides confirmed to current condition of my hearing with tweaking of aides to conform to test results. Entire staff is polite and very professional.

Very passionate about how they treat their patients; kind and thoughtful. Great sense of humor and a willingness to help in any way they can. Would definitely recommend Connect Hearing.

Any time I need a cleaning, repair or adjust. They are happy to help me as soon as they are available. They even show their product and even try out before i purchase!

Never had a bad time, I've been with them since 2008. Great staff caring and considerate.

I've been going to Ben for a couple years now. Being a young adult with a hearing loss is tough, however Ben does a great job for me. You can tell it's not just a money grab to him, he truely wants to help. I will be a customer for life. BTW Google has their hours wrong, if it saids they are closed it might not be accurate, give them a call

Bill was there today and Carlos provided outstanding service' I would recommend Carlos and his team to anyone requiring hearing assistance. He was terrific.

Staff is great!

I LOVE Annetys! We rescued two Yorkie-Poo's and we went to half a dozen groomers. All were rude, expensive and didnt do very good... Annety's acknowledges we want some weird cuts, does it anyway and always gives our pups a little ornament for a Christmas! :-D I like their price, great location and VERY pup friendly. Just a good groomer who loves what they do.

Mike got his first set of hearing aids through Priority Hearing and was very pleased with the whole process and surprised to hear what he was missing. Dr. Anderson was/is very professional and extremely good at what he does. So much so that we went back when it was time to get news ones. Each time we were pleased with the personal service he received. I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr Venkatesh and her team at Hearing Solutions of Arizona. They provide excellent care for the entire family. We are very grateful for the wonderful care and treatment recommendations Dr Venkatesh made for our daughter. She is a true professional and an expert in her field.
