I am very pleased with Livingston Hearing AIDS in Longview, Texas. First of all, I was very nervous on my first visit. I had ignored my hearing loss for several years and had become pretty good at hiding my problem by watching people’ s mouths when they were speaking to me. Eventually, my hearing was affecting every aspect of my professional and private life and I finally said enough! My first visit was wonderful! They met me with warm smiles and quickly put me at ease from the very start. From the smiling receptionist to Tim Martinez, I was put at ease, which is really something for someone who was so embarrassed about their hearing loss that they tried to hide it for several years. I received my new hearing aids and was astounded by how I could hear again. Mr. Martinez has adjusted the hearing aids as needed with follow up visits and I know that if I have a problem, he will be there! I would give him ten stars instead of the five if I had that choice. Jonathan Herd had the knowledge and the patience to apply that knowledge. He has literally changed my life. I can hear my grandchildren distinctly now. The TV doesn't have to be loud for me. I don't speak too loudly to people anymore. My family is thrilled with the difference. I am hearing common everyday sounds that I can't identify because it's been so long since I heard them. I highly recommend Mr. Herd.

What a wonderful atmosphere. I give much thanks to Dr. Kelly Pack, AuD, CCC. Dr. Pack gave a very detailed description and 'how-to' instructions on every device. Dr. Pack is extremely knowledage and speaks with great confidence and passion. If I could give more stars, I certainly would. All thumbs up!
