In June, my wife Ida L. Cross had reconstruction Surgery due to having cancer surgery on her nose. Dr. Paul Neis did the surgery and every one in this office that we met were very professional and treated us with the utmost respect and did everything in their power to make sure that we knew and understood about everything that went on during and after the procedure.Her surgery was a complete success. We could not be any happier about using this clinic. We would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing this type surgery. Dr. Neis and his staff are truly professionals.

When I was in high school, I lost a lot of the hearing in one ear due to illness. From that point on, the ear would ring at a very high pitch all the time. Over the years, I had been to others for help, only to be told there was nothing that could be done to improve my hearing (because of the ringing) and I would just have to learn to live with the hearing loss. Three years ago, I received a card in the mail about Joe and what he offered in the way of help, including help with hearing loss due to ringing in the ear. I made an appointment, not really expecting anything because of past experiences other places. I was made to feel at ease during the hearing test which was a change from the others when I was told I was only guessing at sounds and not trying to hear. When the tests were finished, there was no shrugging of shoulders saying "we can't do anything for you, just learn to live with it" and "it will get worse as you get older". Joe told me he thought he could help. I was shocked...hadn't ever heard that before! When Joe gave me a hearing aid to try and we stepped outside to hear the sounds of traffic and people, I could not believe what I had been missing. I had forgotten that life was actually that loud. It was unbelievable. I almost cried because I honestly did not think I would ever hear that well again. I am so thankful for the card in the mail that led me to SoundLife. Joe is great to work with and always cares about how the hearing aid is working and any problems or concerns with it. I could not have asked for anyone better!

These guys are awesome. Grandkids lost my hearing aides the day before school started. I work for the school district. I called them and within an hour I had hearing aides. I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!! Unfortunately they closed
