Excellent service, prompt response always.

Wonderful Care, I was a little reluctant to consider wearing a hearing aid but the Hear USA staff has been wonderful with my questions and issues. Couldn't ask for a better experience, I know of many companies that would profit from the total customer service approach the Hear USA has.

This was my first experience going for a hearing test. The staff wonderful,professional and friendly. Dr. Kelly was nice and put me at ease. I felt in very good hands. After the testing she was very patient explaining what the problem and how we needed to make my hearing the best possible. She explained what was covered with my insurance and what my out of pocket would be, her staff then got me registered so the process could begin. Thank you, to all involved in what I thought would be a bad experience instead it was just the opposite.

The staff, Kevin and Delena, are wonderful. Both of them go out of their way to ensure the patient, me, is treated with care and respect. I can't say enough about how great they are and the service I get.

Hi I have been with Universal hearing Care for over 4 years now and during that time they have responded to all my hearing needs with understanding , patience and professional assistance. My hearing loss was bad in both ears but worse in the left so It's really great to be hearing normally again. I would wish and hope that anyone with a hearing loss to contact them for help as they are truly wonderful people .

Great products and great service. Ron tested my hearing loss and advised me from getting the wrong hearing aid, thus saving me money and alot of disappointment. He carries top quality product lines and has expert knowledge from years of service. I would rate him as a top professional and can recommend him highly.

They are very organized, thorough and nice. Dr jaesung is very professional and experienced . I wish i could've seen them sooner

Dr. G very great solutions for my ear problem. I thought I had a bigger problem but it was just congestion. Honesty is what you receive here. A definite referral.
