I had such a good experience going to this center for my hearing test. The front desk staff were friendly, the man that did my hearing test was so kind and shared all the details with me so I could understand. I really recommend this hearing center!

I am here for the first time with an 88 year old woman with severe hearing loss.... I can only review Sharla Morales, Au.D. I am Very impressed with the conscientious of this audiologist. .. In addition, punctual to the minute!!!

This hearing center is the best we have been to. My dad has been to several due to his severe heating loss. They got him in within a reasonable amount of time, and the doctor was extremely patient and thorough with him. Their products are great quality, and they have a trial period since they understand that it is hard to get the perfect hearing aid in the first shot sometimes. The facility is clean and staff are extremely nice and patient. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I have always raved about Stephen Kirsch to anyone who has a hearing problem on how he has helped me through the years. However, this has been a banner year! I lost most of my hearing to a medication that I was allergic to. And through pain staking research and patience he has been able to recover 50% of my hearing. It has made a new life for me! God bless him!

I was having trouble hearing my boss during conversations until I got hearing aids now we have long discussion without me saying can you repeat that. I hear my wife better, I still can't hear through walls, that something she is going to have to get use to.

Thank you Jennifer I took my father to Alpha hearing aid services they made me feel like home they help my father made a free hearing test and explain to him right their and then his results explaining him were excally he needs help to hear better with out no charge they offer me a finances that’s was helpful for us to be able to pay it was really nice experience I would recommend this places to anyone that’s is looking this a great places.They have a really great customer services.

The team at Pacific Coast Hearing Care made it very easy for me to get through the process of getting my hearing tested and discussing options for my long-time hearing loss. I don't know why I waited so long. Dr. Sweet is extremely professional and did a thorough job testing my hearing with high end technology and sat down and showed me where I had hearing loss and how that affected my life. She listened to my frustrations with situations where I simply couldn't join in with friends at restaurants, had trouble in meetings, and couldn't understand actors on TV and movies. She and I reviewed hearing aids and I ordered the pair that I felt fit my lifestyle the best. WHAT a difference! Wow, I had no idea that my neighborhood had so many birds in it! I can understand people now and participate in things I had put aside in my life. I love the iPhone app that allows me to control the level of hearing aid assistance and the presets for noisy restaurants and music and even tinnitus. So glad I came here - thanks to Dr. Sweet!

I have new wearing the hearing aides. It's taking a little time to get used to but I can see a difference. I can see good progress.

I have been a client for five years through two sets of hearing aids. Keith is amazing, very knowledgeable, and available for help whenever I need it or whenever I decide that I want to change the settings on my hearing aids and discuss that with him. Chris is always there, I can just walk in without an appointment and he is able to take care of most of my issues.

Very nice office, their front office Ashley Richardson is simply wonderful! Great personality and Dr. Michelle is very knowledgeable and patient.
