Hearing Aid

I was just looking to see what options there were for HA's for my 92 yo father. Made an appt. and filled out some paperwork. I gave them everything they needed to make a recommendation. They also wanted paperwork with insurance info, medical record #, phone # and email address. I told them I'd happily give them that info if we decided to buy from them, but they said they wouldn't even see us without it. Since when do they need that info for a recommendation? Oh yes...to sell it. Ended up going to Costco. Probably cheaper but with the same high quality HA's.

Superior, professional, and caring service is what I experienced at the My Hearing Center Office in Valencia. From the caring service of receptionist , Cicely, who worked around my busy schedule to book my appointment, to Mario Pallais H.A.D. , who administered the hearing test. Mr. Pallais, explained the causes of hearing loss, displayed diagrams to show where hearing loss occurs. He even took the time to explain the new technology offered in different kinds of hearing aids. All in all I felt comfortable in the capable hands of the people in this office. I was so impressed with the service, I have recommended it to several friends! My many Thanks!

This was the best experience we had with an audiologist. He was very helpful and my husband has a whole new outlook on hearing aids. The front office staff was also perfection! So glad to have found them.

Kesia Pitt, Director of Hearing and Healthcare at the Porter Ranch My Hearing Center is professional and knowledgeable. She made the hearing test and the subsequent fitting for the hearing aids easy. She is delightful and I'd recommend her to anyone who thinks they may need help.

I have been a patient of Dr Ron Magnuson for 30 years. He watched me grow up. I knew Jessica when she first started out in the office as the receptionist. Under Ron's wings she then went to grow in the field and take over the business when Dr Magnuson retired. I absolutely love it there, it's like coming home. They KNOW me. And probably have files after files of my info! Lol

Ann and Bonnie at A & M are true, caring, professionals in their field. They won''t try to sell you the item that pushes the most profit to the bottom line and move on to the next customer. They will take the time to evaluate your situation and work with you on the best one to suit your needs. If you need a hearing professional, go see them.

Dr. Rifkind is so helpful. She went above and beyond to give me the time needed to set up my hearing aids, connect them to my cell phone and answer any questions I had. She is professional and caring.
