Got in when they were offering free hearing aid cleaning, got out quickly and my family member said they were good as new.

The Auburn location has the nicest and professional people I have had the pleasure to meet and be treated by.They are doing great. They are always here for us. I have been a patient for over 34 years!

Janene really listens to you and goes the extra mile to be sure the device is exactly what you need. She is very thorough through the entire process of testing to fitting the aids. Janene is also very caring and patient, a must during this process.

David is the best.

Marco and Dian are both great. Very professional and knowledgeable.I hope they never leave Auburn.

I met with Dr. Tracy Volkman today and have been going to Gold Country Hearing for more than one-year now. Every single visit is amazing. I've been experiencing rapid hearing loss in my right ear, which is due to heredity. She did a hearing test today which reveals more loss. She graciously spent quality time checking and updating my hearing aids. And the test and spent time to discuss options. Appointments are not rushed, she is genuinely interested in helping people! This is a rare trait these days, I feel. I especially enjoy speaking with Ceil in the office, as well. It is always a very pleasurable experience & I would highly recommend them. Just finished an appointment with Dr. Tracy Volkman. She is knowledgeable, warm and caring. My specific hearing issues were complex and I was really struggling to hear in meetings. She did some quick tweaking to the hearing device sound via her computer and viola I am now hearing everything. She is amazing and the gal at the front desk knows everyone by name. I highly recommend Whisper.

Used to be Whisper Hearing and now for some reason they suddenly changed their name. A lot of staff left and it just isn't the same anymore. Charles Sanders retired, best AUD anywhere. Seems like they only want your money and not your best interest. (hearing health) Sad when people stop caring.

These guys are awesome girl at the counter very respectful. I bought my hearing aids from india suddenly stopped working kirk fixed it at no charge and showed me how to clean it regularly.. Thank you guys life savers

Great office and staff. I come here for all my hearing needs. On thing I can count on is that someone is always in the office, I walk in most days and Beltone fix's my problem Asap.

I've been wearing hearing aids for 14 years and recently went to Folsom Hearing for new ones. In all the years I've needed service this is the best I've ever had. Bill Forrest is the most kind and caring person I've ever had to work with. He will not stop until satisfaction has been reached. Jake, his associate and Cristy, his office helper, are both top notch at what they do. I'm so appreciative for all of their care and expertise.
