He told me he'd received 1/2 what he had from insurance. Tried to get significantly more from me. When called on it, he refuses to answer calls or is nasty. Never got my hearing aids from his office

Been taking my mom here and since our first appointment, Julie and Alan have been so good to us! Alan works really hard to help my mom get used to her new hearing aids, and she's had a much better quality of life now that she's had them! He was so patient with her every step of the way, and made sure we were well educated on the importance of hearing health. Knowing what we know now, we definitely try to help bring awareness to our family and friends- and always recommend this office! Julie is always making us feel at home, and is awesome at what she does! The other day she was decorating for Halloween and we can't wait to come back to see all the wonderful work she's put in!

I am very pleased with Gold Country Hearing. I have been there twice now and both times I was treated with sincere courtesy and professionalism first by Bridgette and Carinna at the front desk and then by Erik who I believe is one of the owners of this practice. I was also very happy to be taken care of by Charlie, Doctor of Audiology (hopefully I got his title right). I have had the pleasure of Charlie's care in the past at another practice and was very pleased with his care . I am very happy that I found Gold Country Hearing as I had become dissatisfied with the other, unrelated practice I was using and I am not going to whisper about it :-) Update:. Been there several times now and the great level of personal customer service continues . Thanks Charlie and Breanna for making me feel so welcome and for finding innovative solutions to my hearing issues . You guys are the best.
