Beware. You will need a tume up every year. Good luch getting an appointment. Great price. Bad service 2 years down the road. I bought my hearing aids here a couple of years ago. I have worn hearing aides for 20 years. Staff very helpful and very nice for minor things. I can leave my aides with them for 45 min. while I shop and they will clean them. BUT I need a hearing test because the settings on the Phonak hearing aides aren't working right for me anymore. Today is June 22. Next available August 8th. I can't hear and you need 6 weeks lead time? Really? By the way they have messed up the time of my appointment twice and made me reschedule. True I paid 2/3 retail but that's not doing me much good now. With a private practice I have never waited more than 2 days for a new hearing test to adjust the aides I bought from the dispenser. Usually they will help me the first day even when I didn't buy the aides there. I am really rethinking my decision to buy hearing aides from Costco. Customer service is not something I'm will to sacrifice.

Took my wife to Sonus hearing aid center. Where the old Advance hearing usecto be. The staff of Sonus were fantastic and gave my wife an excellent test. She has tinnitus in one ear and has been needed a new hearing aid with a masking device in it. The technology has advanced light years from her twelve year old device. The discounts were real the time and care they took was not rushed. Took the gold package for my wife with the masking technology. We recommend this office and staff highly. G. Hunt

The friendly advice that I received from Robby and the staff (Robby’s wife and daughter) was exactly what I needed. I had previously purchased hearing aids from another provider, and the product Robby advised me to purchase (Widex Evoke) is a tremendous improvement over my previous hearing aids. As I told Robby, I feel like I have been let out of jail. Robby’s follow up appointments were much more attention than I expected. The short of it is that my hearing experience is at least 100% better than before. I will always return to Robby Young for hearing aid help.

Everything at Sonus was so helpful and accommodating. They immediately fixed my father's broken hearing aid and we were on our way shortly after. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.
