My name is Rebecca, I am signing in under my daughters account, to share my experience with Precision Hearing, my primary doctor recommended Dr. Lao. The reason that brought me to Precision Hearing, is the most important part for me, is that I will be under the care of a doctor, and not just a hearing aid company...There are so many places, that are just that. From the very first minute, I met Dr. Anga Lao, I knew I was in the right hands. she listened to my situation, I was able to share my last experience, having a different hearing aid, that was not a good fit for me, and she was able to explain everything, so I could understand my needs... Dr. Lao, is an amazing Doctor, she truly cares about her patients needs, and covers every detail. My new hearing aids are amazing, I am so happy I am in the care of Dr. Anga Lao.

I’ve never had hearing aid before and really wasn’t looking forward to getting any. But between my wife say she was tried of a loud tv and repeating her self to me, and I noticed I was saying what’d you say more and more while talking with others. So I called Silicon Valley Hearing mainly cause it was close to home. From the moment Barbie answered their phone she listened to my questions and walked me thru how they did things. Dr. Marni Novick made me feel comfortable right from the start. Being a hearing aid user herself, she goes all out to find the best way to help you. Even stating before we worry about me getting Hearing Aids lets make sure that is our last a best option. Not just trying to sell them to me! I’m so happy to have ended up at Silicon Valley Hearing Inc. If your looking around for a great, ,safe, and friendly place to check if your missing out on what you should be hearing. Nice guy tested my ears. But they wanted 5X the price of other options for the hearing aids. They were goo about just handing me my results.

What a wonderful experience! I lost hearing from treatment of a head and neck cancer, I'm only 49 and did not want hearing aids. Vanity and just being stubborn you know? I checked out all the other places, Costco, Walmart, Sears, etc and no one made me feel any better about getting them until I went here. The people in those stores don't really know about hearing loss. Diana listened to me and heard what I needed. She didn't sell me, but offered options that would help. She is so personal and is so good at what she does. I must say it was the last place I checked because I wasn't sure from the look of the building, but you can't judge this book by its cover. I was taken so good care of, my hearing works much better now, I can hear all that I didn't even know I was missing and people can't even tell I'm wearing hearing aids. That is almost as important as everything else!
