To enhance my understanding of my wife's speech, applied her analysis of speech spectra to develop a selectively adjusted program to compensate for my frequency compromised hearing acuity. Now Gerlinde does not have to always repeat repeat herself to engage me in a fluid discussion.Danielle's skills shine with the corrections she applied through my hearing aids. Great and knowledgeable service. Good follow up as well. My only negative is about Resound ear pieces. They are not sweat resistant. Otherwise they function well.
