Shalom & Boker tov...what can I say? After decades of being 'hearing impaired', and, like some Chassidim (read: Chaim Potok's THE CHOSEN), I have, I confess, enjoyed silence -- well, I have now 2 state-of-the-art hearing aids. And the transition to actually hearing (although still hearing impaired) on a scale I didn't think possible -- well, kol tuv uv'racha, Jenetta and Erica and Alice...may you all be blessed with all that is good. I am profoundly grateful. I can actually hear my beloved Significant Other's voice...hear music (ah, Philip Glass)...rustling leaves...the latest episode of ELEMENTARY... To everyone in the Santa Cruz community, I cannot praise highly enough Sonus. Their care (including follow-up consultations) is of highest standards. Todah rabbah...thank you. I have been a Miracle Ear patient for many many years. But my hearing aids were 10 years old and, I was putting off getting new hearing aids since I had my wife had recently pass away and was feeling like giving up. However, I met with Emily Burton in Monterey and she made me feel very comfortable and when I tried the new Genius model, I was able to hear much more with the new technology. I come in and get them cleaned up with her and now every three months and since met a new lady friend, we are getting married! I do believe the new hearing aids have changed my life in that I do not isolate anymore and have been going out again. Thank you Miracle Ear & Emily Burton for giving me renewed hope and helping me find a new love!

I got hearing aids at the Carlsbad location about a year ago. After my kitten managed to snag my left hearing aid off the counter with out me noticing, then delivered it to the dog, it ended up in more pieces than I could have imagined could come out of such a small device. I emailed Suzanne and she ordered a replacement right away. Walter got me all set up with the new one in no time at all and I have balanced hearing again. They provided me with all of the warranty and extended warranty options again. Service is fast and friendly, highly reccomended!!
