I have a hearing deficit in the spoken voice range. John was able to supply me with the proper hearing aids to help with this problem. What is most commendable is John's outstanding service. He worked with me adjusting my hearing aids on multiple occasions and retested my hearing so that I can now hear most spoken voices well. All at no charge after the initial purchase and I am now some 2 years out. My work requires that I hear and understand everyone who speaks to me. Now I can ! Thank you, John!

Ask for Manny. He was very helpful in getting the right settings for the new hearing aids we bought and an older pair of hearing aids we got from a different store. Apparently, the guy from the other hearing aid place where I bought the older pair did not and/or does not know one can turn up/down the volumes.
Anyway, Manny was patient and responsive. You will be in good hands.

I'd been to three prior audiologists who tried to adjust my hearing aids so they'd work, but none were able to do so. Anne at Hearing Solutions was finally able to get my hearing aids to work properly. I learned that the other audiologists had forgotten to adjust the aids' volume and also had failed to conduct a test that Anne did. I am really indebted to Hearing Solutions for solving this long-time problem.
