Hearing Aid

Brian Bennett is an extremely courteous and professional Hearing Specialist who has demonstrated as much care for me as a client as he does in promoting the sale of state of the art hearing aids. He is completely honest in explaining his diagnosis of my hearing loss tests performed at his office, and in approximately 10 years of my experience with his company, he has never attempted to oversell me on an upgrade on hearing aid instruments even though I am certain advanced improvements are available. More than once he has told me "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Brian has never failed to have me remove my hearing aids for adjustment and cleaning every time I walk into his office. There is never a concern over complete warranty coverage with Brian and his products, and in all honesty, he will remind his clients to let him send the hearing aids in for factory inspection, replacement of worn parts, adjustment, and cleaning at any time he believes the manufacturer's factory may be able to improve upon any corrective work he may perform. He even went as far as to remind me that I should let him send my hearing aids in for a complete factory inspection, parts replacement, adjustment, and cleaning when my warranty period was within one week of expiring!

These folks are the best, even after knowing I was dealing with a long time friend out of town for my hearing aids, they still did my hearing check up.

I highly recommend this whole Ear Nose & Throat practice. My first experience with them was for allergies that are now much improved. Dr. Rachel Cain did my initial exam for hearing loss and is the absolute BEST. The audiologist, Janae, is fabulous - very knowledgeable, gentle and patient. My hearing aids are great and the care and follow up have been equally wonderful.

Always get my ears cleaned here. Love their technology with the camera so I can see what is in my ears too!!

Susan is amazing. She is very caring and you can tell she loves what she does. I’ve seen her many times and every time I see her she has a smile. She is very thorough and her fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend you see her, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband's hearings difficulties started many years ago. We were referred to Advanced Hearing in Loveland. When the Loveland office closed we followed to the Fort Collins office. This is when we met Susan Baker and his hearing improved due to Susan's skills. Susan was able to work with his old aids and finally traded them with a used better pair. Recently, our daughter purchased a new set of aids for her father. Susan was as delighted as we were when she placed those new aids on him. The sheer look of surprise and happiness shone in his eyes when he realized what he had been missing. Now the family has to learn to stop answering for him, because now he can hear and answer for himself. Susan has a very clean professional office and the staff is caring and friendly. We continue to see Susan for maintenance. Thank you Susan Baker for the wonder that is you and the knowledge of your craft.
