My father was suffering from severe hearing loss and was missing nearly every word with the crappy hearing aids he got from the VA. I truly didn't think he'd ever hear his grand kids clearly. However, after receiving great tailored care from Cass, he is hearing EVERYTHING now! We were in the living room and he heard ice drop in the kitchen and asked me what that sound was! He's able to hold conversations with my kids because he can now HEAR their tiny high pitched voices for the first time! If you need hearing aids, see Cassandra Macdonald. She knows how to make your loved ones hear clearly again, and she's super sweet!

Tom was incredibly helpful and gracious! My mother was visiting from out of town and had an emergency problem with her Resound hearing aid. Tom was very understanding and made time to see her even though it was the end of his day and his week. He quickly took a look at her hearing aid and fixed it. We arrived feeling very insecure that we were going to find a solution to my mom's situation and we left extremely thankful for Tom's insight and expertise to solve the situation.
