I could not use a drive up window and kept asking people WHAT? To make my story short. I spent $20,000 buying very high end hearing aids and a lot of amplifiers. I did the whole route and learned the hard way. PLEASE NOTE : many amplifiers may be less costly and carry high ratings, but all they do is make the frequencies you CAN hear louder. NO GOOD ! You need to hear the frequencies that testing will show your laking. The most expensive hearing aids are wonderful ! But without proper testing and complete follow up, ARE NO GOOD. Follow up and service is critical. BRISTOL HEARING AIDS put me into a set of hearing aids I could afford and enough supplies to last a long time. Im soon going in for my third FREE follow up. This is the first time I ever wrote a rating. Bristol Hearing Aids deserves it. R.D. Rich, a retired musician going back to work !!!!!

I could not be more pleased with the professional care given me at Community Hearing Services by Kristy Tilley. I always felt that I was in the hands of someone who has a great deal of expertise and experience. This expertise is coupled with excellent communication and social skills. Kristy has helped me find solutions for dealing with my hearing loss . I always get the feeling that she understands exactly what I am referring to when I discuss some problem . Her sincere desire to help is always very evident. I am very glad to recommend the care I received at Community Hearing Services from Kristy Tilley.

James is a consummate professional, caring, informative, willing to spend ample time with you, and above all honest. He is very knowledgeable, and will seek out the very best hearing aids for you, and program them to your satisfaction. It is most reassuring to be able to have a professional audiologist you are totally comfortable with, and James Pronesti is that person.

At first everything was going well. I placed an order for new hearing aids then we had a death in the family. So for Financial reasons surrounding the family matters as soon as possible call to cancel the order. Only to be told about a “restocking fee which was charged to my credit card thank you for adding to my pain. Don’t forget the amount of time the doctor spent with you. This would’ve been my fourth pair of hearing aids and I was never charged for a hearing test or to discuss hearing aids. Well I can’t afford it I’ll go back to the little guy very nice excellent service excellent product with no pain

Denis helped my aunt hear again! He’s knowledgeable, thorough, considerate, gentle and puts patient needs first. His explanation of how to use these seemingly complex devices work are amazing. What a wonderful experience!
