My experience at Audiology Associates of Westchester has been excellent. Julie O'Shea and her colleagues are competent, professional and caring. They give personal attention and all the staff is warm and friendly. I recently have been fitted for hearing aids and my life is better with them on! Don't wait to be tested-earlier is better!

Easy handicap accessible, difficult parking but great doctors

Great experience, the doctor was wonderful and fixed the problem.

When my mom started having hearing problems I brought her to see Dr. Trentacoste. My mother is very uncomfortable around doctors. But everyone at Island Better Hearing from the office staff to the doctor was so friendly, helpful and professional that the visit went beautifully. The staff made sure both me and my mom understood what was going on and they answered all my questions. The doctor was amazing. She is extremely knowledgable and gave my mom fantastic options. We are very happy we found this office.

Very positive. Have been a patient beyond four years. Previously I obtained hearing aids through a box store. A big mistake. The quality of the appliances were poor quality. I constantly had to have them serviced. The box store made good on their warranty but the hardware didn’t stand up to my active life style. Christine the audiologist does a hearing test annually and adjusts the computer programming of my aids. The box store did not perform these updates. Here with Christine I offers personal patient services the box store didn’t pay attention too. She doesn’t rush you out the door. She makes sure all your questions are answered. I highly recommend her private practice over the assembly line behavior at the box store. You are a valuable Client here at LI Hearing.. Peter Haarmann

When I first went to Long Island hearing the staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Christine takes her time with her patients and goes in to detail to help patients to make a decision on what hearing instruments to go with. She makes you feel comfortable as you are part of the family. I would recommend Long Island hearing to a family member and to a friend.
