Jim McCann is the absolute best. He has taken care of my mom's hearing loss for over 4 years, consistently going out of his way to make sure that her hearing aids are working just as they should. After 15 years of working with a variety of audiologists in multiple locations, not one comes close to matching Jim's attention to detail, honesty and customer service.

Mass Audiology in Milford is great. I have been going there and am so pleased with Ramia. She is so knowledgeable, caring and helpful in any issues that I have. I have just received a phone call from an 83 year old friend who received an offer from you in the mail. She was so upset by the fact that it was marked as "important", "open immediately" and "to be delivered by the postmaster by 04/18" because she thought something was wrong with her taxes, income or worse! This anxiety forced her to take additional medication and caused several trips to the bathroom. Once she opened it and saw that it was merely an advertisement for Miracle-Ear, the damaged had already been done! She does have a hearing-aid, I don't know the company, but it has cost her thousands AND it doesn't work! I don't know if this mailing is sent from a main office or from here in Westerly, R.I., but in ANY case it should NOT be DISGUISED as an official document, just to get someone to open it! It it so sad that big companies like Miracle-Ear stoops that low just to get a few more customers! You should be aware of the serious repercussions you are causing and this is what I am doing now. Since getting my hearing aids I definitely can hear far better. Russell and Angela have been great. Had a problem with one of my aids and was able to get right in and Russell took care of it. I even lost one and they replaced it with no problems. Miracle Ear is the best.
