I’ve had wonderful experiences at Gavin Audiology! All of my questions were answered with the utmost of competence, and the care that I received was TOP OF THE LINE. All of my exams have been extremely thorough, and I always feel put at ease by the practitioners. Any one you see here is excellent. John and Rita are great to work with. John helped me to choose the correct aid for my needs and has done an excellent job with follow up with cleaning and repair when required. When I have had a problem Rita has always gotten me in on the same or next day. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I had what I thought was a problem. They looked at ear piece and imediatly discovered there was some ear wax at the part that is put in my ear canal. After cleaning it off it worked as before.

I go to D.L.H. hearing solutions in Leominster, Ma. I saw Holly my first time about 8 months ago. She was very nice and caring to what I had to say. I have been wearing hearing aids for about 20 years now so, needless to say, I have been to many hearing aid facilities. Holly did not try to make me feel that I was less important than a new client getting hearing aid for the first time. When my new hearing aids came in I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Emily then was able to pair my new hearing aids to me and my phone (Bluetooth is amazing!) Emily was able to answer all my questions as this technology was new to me. At my follow up appointment one of my hearing aids was acting up on me and Emily had no problem looking into the issue and sending out my wire for repair. While I was there she also noticed that my battery door was loose, something I did not realize. She did not think twice about replacing that as well. By far both ladies at D.L.H. are amazing and I would not want to go anywhere else!

Had a hearing. test. They are free. Can't beat that.

Went in for my Hearing Evaluation at Miracle ear an it was my 1st hearing appointment. I walked in an was greeted very nice an was given some paper work to fill out. Then in a few Christie my Dr. Hearing Audiologist to me back to her exam room to start my hearing evaluation. She explained about my ear an brain an on how they both work together for me to hear. Then she was so gentle an did an exam on my ear the right side then the left side. After that she took me in a sound proof room an gently put ear phones on me an did the rest of my hearing evaluation. It did not hurt an when it was over she came an got me took off the ear phones an brought me out to explain the results of my hearing test. She went over everything an was so nice an gave me lots of information. She walked me out thanked me for coming in gave me the best hug set me up with a next appointment an I was on my way just like that an can not wait to go back for another appointment !
