I tried zounds after my friend raved about them. She was right, these aids make a big difference. I wish I'd bought them earlier.

After my father was given a run around and basically ripped off (almost for a 3rd time) at the local Miracle Ear franchise we decided to give this outfit a try. Going through the standard and usual testing process my father found himself with a new pair of hearing aids and he's never heard better (these were his 3rd pair overall with his 1st 2 inferior pairs being purchased from Miracle Ear). This office was clean and the staff very personal and professional all around. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking friendly, courteous and professional staff with low to no pressure sales staff, excellent product and better pricing (and selection) than Miracle Ear. Very pleased.
