Very disappointed with my past experience with a warranty issue. It seemed liked they didn't care about the fact my daughter was without her hearing aid. This was a very unorganized experience. It would very hard for me to come back. I would drive half hour to 45 rather than 2 minutes. Just very sad.

They are great. I had to reschedule several times and they were great. Very kind and pleasant place. My HAs were making me nuts!! The tech was able to digitally adjust them and reduced background noises. I was able to understand her with her hand over her mouth!!!!! I will always have trouble - it's a progressive sensoneuro deficit. The are in Ocean Pines and Salisbury.
