When I first went for a hearing test. I was in denial I don't need this. After hearing test Advanced Tech loaned me a pair of hearing aids to try for a week. I could not believe what I was hearing. Her professionalism and customer care are just two of her best qualities. She makes every customer feel special - I never feel rushed during our visits and am always comfortable talking about any issue that I may have. I was in the customer service field for over 35 years and have experienced many people whom provided incredible customer service. I would put Sherry at the top of the list. What is most impressive is how she has trained her staff to do the same. Chris does a fantastic job at the front desk. He immediately greets everyone that comes in for an appointment by name. He then offers to get you a cup of coffee right away. He will engage you in conversation and always makes you feel welcome.
