The Beyond Hearing team were great when I visited the office for my mother.. She is very insecure about her hearing loss and easily gets frustrated but the staff were really great with her and were very friendly. After we left she was very pleased and thankful. She was even laughing after that she was so hesitant to begin with.. John the hearing specialist was awesome.. thank you.

Decided to make an appointment here after having called and left messages at another business several times with no response. They were able to get me in the same week and even called me the day of to ask if I wanted to come in earlier after a cancellation. Everyone in the office is super friendly, and I waited only long enough to fill out paperwork. Great experience!

Brought my wife and I was very impressed with David the hearing specialist! He was extremely helpful and when we had any questions or problem with her hearing aids he was very helpful and we left very satisfied!!

What a kind and caring doctor, he was respectful And kind to my mother. My mother’s hearing aid diagnosis was done in minutes and her new hearing aid was in under a week. Would recommend to anyone!!

Nice spacious office, Pleasant Customer Assistant. Dr. Falconbury was excellent and very thorough in his detailed explanation of the examinations and referral to Ear Doctors. Will definitely continue my visits to Miracle Ear especially the Altamonte Springs Office.
