Hearing Aid

I went to Florida Medical Hearing Center accidentally. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at Longwood facility. I knew I didn’t have to look for my needs any where else. Jesse Sotto, Audiologist helped me. He explained everything in detail and Pro and Cons of different devices and brands. He made everything very clear so that we don’t get confused. VERY HONEST PERSON. He was not trying to “Make a quick sell” like I found out at other places. Besides being a very good Audiologist he is very friendly and knows how to make people comfortable about their hearing issue. I recommend Longwood location very highly. Michelle who works in front office is also very helpful and pleasant. M

Great deal on mu Kirkland Signature aids. They're going strong onto their 4th year. Stop wondering if you you come to Costco for your hearing aid needs and come try them out for free. The audiologist will perform a hearing test and calibrate the hardware to your needs.

Christine Hand who is the hearing aid specialist and Arlene who is the person who is the secretary in the office took really good care of me. They really care about the people they serve.

I tried Joe because his office is more conveniently located than my prior hearing aid specialist- what luck! He has turned out to be a great "find". Very knowledgeable, caring, pleasant, and effective. Him and his staff are efficient and most helpful. I feel like he watches technology and will provide me with the best products available and appropriate to my needs. He is "looking out" for me.

Best hearing center in the country, the offer top quality for 1/5 of the price of most other hearing centers and they provide free cleaning and repair at any of their centers in the country... I've been a customer for 3 years now!!!

Alexis has been amazing, I'm hard to please and I want things right and above all I want to HEAR. She has worked with me getting the right hearing aid for the situations in my life, she has adjusted several times for me with such a great attitude. She really wants things to work correctly too. This time my hearing aid sounds distorted, no problem, she believes me and sent them back AND loaned a hearing aid to me while mine are being looked at. Anyone else would not have done that. I have been around the block with hearing aids from a very high profile ear,nose and throat Dr's office that did not work even half as well as the ones from Hearing Aid Lab. As a matter of fact they did not even offer the cross over hearing aids. And these people are supposed to be the experts!Want people that care and know what they are doing? Go to Hearing Aid Lab.

This team has made the experience of getting my hearing back on track an absolute joy. Dr. Robert Pavone is kind, knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Renea is an absolute gift and runs the front office with smooth efficiency. I recommend this office to all who need their hearing checked and who need hearing aids.
