My experience with Miracle Ear has always been good. Have worn their hearing aides for years. But I have to give a special kudos to Cassie Mathews. She is exceptional at what she does. From my first appointment with her it was easy to see she was up on all the data for making adjustments. She will follow up with her clients. That is very important to me . My experience from the greeting of the receptionist to leaving had always been warm and friendly.

Friendly and caring staff, great prices

Florida Medical Hearing Winter Garden and Dr Troast is far above the previous hearing specialists I have experienced over the past several years. I actually moved 20 miles further from the office and I will not change locations unless for some reason Dr Troast decides to relocate. He has been patient with me, as I tend to be a little demanding, he as been understanding and very helpful in getting the aids adjusted to my satisfaction. If you are considering obtaining hearing aids I highly recommend that you go to his office and give him a chance to make you as satisfied as I am.

I had a very thorough exam & consultation. I was amazed at what was accomplished. Adam was so knowledgeable about every aspect of hearing loss & hearing aids. I highly recommend this clinic.

Had my sons ears checked here and I loved the doctor he was very friendly and gentle testing his ears. The receptionists were friendly but unorganized.
