Closed there doors without notice. No warning and no calls to customers with appointments. If your scheduled for an appointment don't go without trying to get in touch with them.

Awesome job. I was a walk in. Upon meeting Scott he quickly determined my hearing aids were still under warranty and made quick repairs. I also greatly appreciate the professional experience and advice provided. Also, because I'm a veteran there was no office charge!!!! Looking forward to seeing these folks again for any and all of my hearing needs.

My experience in the Port Charlotte office with Kelly was a wonderful experience. I purchased my Miracle Ear hearing aids up north, and I was never counseled on how to clean or insert my hearing aids. Kelly was a God send! She counseled me on how to insert my hearing aids and changed them so they are more comfortable, and more importantly, I can finally hear! Mitzi and Kelly make you feel so welcome when you walk in the door. I will recommend everyone I know to go see Kelly - she really knows what she's doing and I am forever grateful!

I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years, and this is the 1st time I can hear my wife from the other room and now I can hear my grandchildren. Eric gave me the most comprehensive hearing evaluation. Crystal had me bring my wife, and I wasn't sure why but my wife was part of the hearing test. Having the hearing aids tuned to my wife's voice made a big difference. I recommend this place for hearing aids, and they have great candy! Joe P.

The team of unethical and professional work, very discourteous, I am a person with certain limitations, and separately from this concept, I have an impediment of the ear, which thought to receive help from this group, but a big surprise, it was the opposite, I saw a group of people who think that they are proprietaires of the manhood, and the form and the despotic attitude with which they treated me, was not a professional group. In my personal opinion these two ladies, must first learn to treat the human being regardless of the race that comes, and not think that they are the last resort I have. I found it very curioasus the way she spoke to me, "here I am the person who determines if the insurance can approve or not the device", and on her opinion, my insurance will not approve, on the contrary, she offer to sell it to me, for a little more than $ 1,800.oo. In reality, I feel discriminated against by these two people from the HEAR USA team.

Simply amazing!! Brad and his staff know what they are doing. I have never felt so comfortable and have been explained so much about my hearing loss. Thanks to them I am on my way to hearing and a better life!!
