From our first visit at the clark road center, my father was happy that he came. My first contact with miracle ear had been with Evie. i liked her from the beginning. My father was reluctant, to say the least, to go to the appointment. After meeting Evie ive then Kelly, he was ready to go to all of his appointments.Since I lived out of town they scheduled his appointments around my availability. He even went to an appointment without me. He told me that Kelly had taught him alot about how the ears work along with the aging brain (he is 97). The family is thrilled that we now can have conversations with him. Great thanks to Kelly and also to Evie to make my father compliant with use and care of his hearing aids. He has to remind us at times not to talk so loud, YEAH

I was first skeptical about invisible hearing aids. Questioning whether I REALLY needed them and would they show! I guess I am one of those men that thought 'do I really need them'. WELL, after making the appointment (at my wife's urging!) Dr Randy Sheets did his thing I DID need them. Randy was great. He instructed me on properly placing them in (I have to say that the first few times I had trouble inserting them but now they go in easily). If you're one of those men like me and you know you need them but are still deciding.... DON'T. Make the appointment! You'll be glad and most of all your wife will be even gladder!

This review is actually from husband Phil...I visited my ENT and was told I needed a hearing test. I was sent to their Audiologist and had a quick exam. He determined I needed hearing aids. Told to come back when I wanted them. Really poor service from a Dr (?). I I called Costco for an appointment based on internet advice. The first appointment was in a month. The more I read, the more I was hesitant about their after care. A friend recommended Nobile Hearing Aids. I got an appointment in two days with Deborah. She gave me a THOROUGH exam and explained my options. She has been with the company for 17 years- a good sign. I purchased some Oticon aids right there. Their prices were very competitive, their service is outstanding. It has been a week and I just came back from a check-up. Debbie did a little tweaking and off I went. Hearing Aids are a major purchase and you have to be careful. SW Florida has a wealth of businesses waiting to take advantage of you. I feel very confident with my relationship with Nobile and Debbie. Mr. Nobile is also a huge animal lover- a big plus for me!

Dr. DesErmia is truly an exceptional Audiologist. She is not only very knowledgeable and up to date on hearing aid technology, but she is very caring and compassionate as well. She will complete a very thorough hearing evaluation, actually listen to what your specific needs are and make an appropriate recommendation.

A bit disconcerning in that widex hearing aids were paid in full one week in advance of receiving them and contract states that return within one month will obtain full refund, but first they have to be returned to widex for approval and then after that happens, corporate has to approve refund so that refund is in limbo for some time after return.. still waiting....
