Great staff

First the patient care co-ordinator (Emily) is so organized and friendly. Even when a cstomer was short with her she responded politely amd with class. Dr. Scott took time to answet my may questions. He was very thorough, but he also took his time. We never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this audiologist and this particular location.

Excellent first meeting. He listens and educates. Got hearing aids and we'll see how it goes. Edit: After four visits I'm very pleased I came to Bob. He knows his stuff!

Thorough testing, professional staff, and great experience. Out of all the Audiologist in Brandon/Tampa Bay area Franchesca Fiorini was the only one to take me in the same day I walked in! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Lauren has been very supportive in helping me get the most out of my hearing aids and minimizing any future hearing loss. She has taken a personal interest in making them work for me.

They take real good care of my dad. They are a Christian based business very kind.

Tracy, office manager/receptionist Dudley Hurst, Hearing Aid Specialist Top notch- hearing aids The staff works with you to make sure you are getting all the hearing advantages the hearing aids have. Excellent!!!

Very satisfied

doctor here in real good

Previously contracted by MCI. Subcontracted with Deafness Education and Advocacy Foundation (DEAF) of St. Cloud Minnesota then subsequently by VISTA. This was a horrible place to work. They routinely subjected employees to workplace mobbing, gang stalking and cyberstalking, workplace poisoning, workplace theft of employee belongings. Committed fraud by witholding child support payments an employee made in hopes of the employee being arrested. Hired a privated investigator to bug employee home telephones. In one instance an employee was threatened with violence by a contracted private investigator, hired by D.E.A.F. The Private Investigator threatened to shoot the employee with a 9mm weapon if them employee got out of hand while being stalked off the property. DEAF human resources contracted with the building security supervisor to stalk employees on and off the job. Lost the contract with the State of Florida due to terrible service.

La sra Audiologa Maria Benitez, la mejor profesional, que he conocido en mis muchos años de vida. Felicitaciones, ¡¡¡ Que gran Ser Humano.!!!
