I want to comment on your Delray Beach office that has provided fantastic service with the outstanding staff of Nick and Desiree. They are so Knowledgeable, Polite and Courteous which I have never received before in any other office. I have never had this great level of hearing with any other hearing aid and don't have any issues with background noise and hear so clearly.

I have to share the great experience and care my mom received here. After visiting numerous audiologists that were rude and even broke her hearing aid trying to adjust it, we are lucky to have found Dr. Hernandez who has made a life changing difference for her. FINALLY she can hear properly after 2 other doctors failed to test her correctly and fix her hearing aids. Dr. Hernandez as well as Ruth at the front desk treated my mom like family and were not after just after money, they truly cared about her hearing and satisfaction with their service. I'm very grateful for their help, wish I found them years ago for her saving time and money wasted. Thank You!!

I went to Charles to purchase new hearing aids He saw to it that I used my insurance benefits to the fullest. He fitted me with two hearing aids that were perfect for me! I hear so much better and wish I met this gentleman sooner. My quality of life has improved significantly He conversed pleasantly with me about the challenges of my hearing loss and what to expect with my new hearing aids.
