I am a retired physician and my hearing loss has had a serious negative impact on me socially, particularly in my ability to interact and enjoy my large and wonderful family. My search for help has been incessant. A year ago I purchased my 4th pair of hearing aids each of which were top end products by 4 of the top manufacturers. I purchased these from an Internet provider and spent much of the past year having adjustments made over the internet, with little or no improvement. Last month, my continued search for help led me, fortunately, to the office of Better Hearing Care, and Denise Gold. She quickly diagnosed an area of my disability that had been missed and proceeded to prescribe a rather simple improvement. The results were/are wonderful, and I am eternally grateful.

My first time at this branch. I have been to other HearUSA locations for just a yearly hearing test; however, this time I neded not only the hearing test but also to be fitted with hearing aids. I am so glad that I came to the Stuart branch. From the cordial treatment over the phone while setting the appointment as well as the warm reception in person I knew that this one was a couple of notches above the others . This was confirmed by the audiologist, Jim Graham. He gave me a crash course on ear/hearing mechanics, conducted the test, discussed the results and programmed the hearing aids quickly and professionally. He then fitted the hearing aids with the correct domes, showed me how to use them and also how to take ccare of them. The programming of the HA appears to be right on the nose and I am quite satisfied with the adjustments he did . His prowess of hearing related matters was impressive. It is my pleasure to recommend this Hearing USA office.

Charlotte A. Parker goes above and beyond to make sure the Patients are well taken care of . My first visit to her office i witnessed her walk a patient out to their car. She makes it all about us . It is a very friendly and caring office. I drive 1 hour just to see her. If i had to drive 2 hours it is worth it. I highly recommend you go and see Charlotte .

Dr Hackney has done an amazing job of preserving the hearing I left. She is always up to date on the latest technologies and is very personable. Great choice on the Treasure Cost
