Hearing Aid

I knew I had to address my hearing loss but wanted to do it right. My first appointment with Danielle went very well. She asked lots of questions and administered several hearing tests. I felt very comfortable with her. Unfortunately, the result of those hearing tests meant a trip to see a ENT and one was recommended. Following that appointment and the subsequent head CT, no issues were found that would require other treatment. I returned to Professional Speech and Hearing Specialists to be fitted with hearing aids and tried out two styles that would be best for me. After deciding which one I felt the most comfortable with and gave me the best results, the aids were ordered and a week later I returned to begin the adapting process. The transition to wearing hearing aids has been almost effortless and I credit Danielle with making this so easy. She is very patient, provides plenty of information and has been available to help with minor issues. The staff there is great. I have now worn the aids for nearly three months, I cannot believe how “deaf” I was. The right aids make the difference between having great hearing again or having spent money on something that doesn’t work and therefore, isn’t worn. I am glad I spent time reading other reviews and decided to come here. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was looking through the yellow pages and started calling a few hearing aid businesses. When I reached HEARINGLife the young lady spoke to me with such a caring tone in her voice I knew this was where I needed to go. They are truly there to help you . You feel like a family friend after you have been there. We are having a great time with Kyle and Martine at the Ocala location. We are very pleased with the knowledge Kyle has about Toms problem and is taking very good care of him. This is the first time anyone has been so nice and explains everything to him so we both understand the problem Tom`s hearing loss is causing. He just got new aids and is very satisfied with them thanks to Kyle. He takes his time with us so we do not feel rushed. He and Martine are gems and we love them.......
