Thanks for your attention and help. Diane was very helpful in explaining and setting up the appointment with Glen. Glen was very sympathetic and helpful and did a complete retest and reset. Very impressed. And all at no charge!

What a professional, warm and caring hearing center. Ms. Z, has the patience of a saint. I purchased hearing aids last year and so glad I did. They have made such a difference in my life. I don't feel embarrassed anymore to be part of the conversation with family and friends.

Ed and his team at Hear USA in Boynton Beach, FL are absolutely fantastic! My mom went in for a hearing exam and was treated with such compassion, she was blown away. They presented her with hear aid options, fitted her for a pair of hearing aids and immediately her life has gotten better. She went back two days later with questions and they had all the time in the world for her. Highly recommended by our entire family!

Very disappointed in this facility I have been going there for years I thought they were really good company until they sold me a new set of hearing aids with a remote control and Bluetooth well $7,800 later the Bluetooth never works have had it replaced at least three times still doesn't work I feel like I got ripped off for the kind of money I paid I should not ever have a problem for at least 3 years I've had problems since day one with a set of hearing aids and remote control it seems like when you go there they try to act like they're very concerned and sure it works in the office but as always when I leave an hour later nothing works again definitely would not recommend going there to anybody all they want to do is sell sell sell equipment doesn't work they say well let's send it in and see what's up meanwhile a week later you still waiting for the replacement or the original and have suffered all week without your Bluetooth and then when you get it back again the same stuff starts happening I have been through there 3 times and refuse to go back now looking for a new hearing aid company to help me
