I took my mother in for an appointment with Derick Winn. He is very knowledgable and personable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the importance of hearing properly to keep the brain active to maintenance of the hearing aids. He worked with the insurance agency to get the best deal for mom. He stated "If there is any reason that you feel you cannot wear your hearing aids, call me so I can address the issue." I highly recommend Derick!

although things were a little bit topsy turvey in the office due to new staff turnover, Dianna Williams went above and beyond to help fix a problem where one of my hearing aids was not working

Dr.Dunnigan is a knowledgeable specialist in multi-channel hearing aids. New units from Starkey et al are far superior in many specifics and it takes a skilled individual to match such to your hearing requirements.

My dad always schedules a re-check with Jim Lafferty when he visits me. His experience at his "home" Miracle-Ear just doesn't compare to the professional, caring and competent service that he receives here in Naples. At Jim's suggestion, he traded in his relatively new hearing aids for a different model that is better suited for him. The adjustments are life changing as my dad can hear so much better and in many more situations. You can tell that Jim has a passion for his work as he really does an exceptional job and goes beyond expectations! Thank you, Jim from Guy Mazzanti and family!

I was hesitant about getting my hearing tested, but so many friends told me their physicians highly recommended Decibels so I decided to give it a try. This office was calm and comfortable...not like any other medical office I have been to. Janet in the front office was so warm and inviting and she bakes fresh cookies every day! Adriana was very easy to talk to and explained everything to me so I could understand my hearing test. Best part of all is that I didn't even need a hearing aid! She is going to have me come back for annual visits at no charge to test my hearing! I tell everyone I know that has trouble hearing or wants a baseline hearing test that the only place to go in Naples is to Decibels Audiology at the Michigan Avenue office and see Janet and Adriana!

Appointments are always on time, and courteous. Jonathan knows his profession and always will help improve my hearing.
