I have been a patient at the Naples location for years. I'm so glad they are opening a Bonita Springs location. All the doctors and staff are great and provide the best service in town.

Samantha was very helpful in getting my mother (age 91) a prompt appointment. Her previous hearing aids were not working properly and she felt she could not participate in conversations. Frank, the audiologist, went out of his way to satisfy all our needs. He dealt very professionally with my mother, my sister and I. My mother is now very happy with her hearing. The follow-up visits were very helpful and contributed to her increased use of the hearing aids. I would recommend Frank and his team to anyone seeking hearing aids. The follow-up visits are included in the initial fee (very reasonable) and I recommend them as familiarity with the hearing aids develops. Minor adjustments improve the experience. Dr Warren and staff quickly solved my hearing aide issue that I had, which verifies how Miracle Ears service and products excel. The time that I was without my hearing aide during repair was very short and makes you realize how necessary they are. Thanks to Dr Warren and staff all my concerns were resolved!!

I was recently in need of having a tube replaced for my hearing aid. Being from Iowa, I didn't know who to contact but my audiologist in Iowa referred me to Advanced Hearing Technology. Upon arriving 3 minutes after they closed at 5 PM, ( I drove 1.5 hours to get there), Meghan Martindale, the Practice Manager was walking away from the office when we met. She took me back into the office, performed the repair right then & there so I didn't have another long drive to come back the next day. I could not thank her enough for both her professionalism & caring approach to a complete stranger. I will always use Advance Hearing Technologies for any future needs while in Florida. I absolutely loved working with Dr. Anne. As a music teacher I can be subjected to a lot of dangerously loud sounds. I came to her wanting some ear plugs that would cancel out sound over a certain decibel but would allow for conversation. DID SHE DELIVER! I am a yearly seasonal resident of Naples. A receiver failed in my hearing aid. Away from my audiologist in my home state, I searched for a Naples facility that could install a new receiver. Life Hearing Health in North Naples replaced my receiver. The CSR (Debbie) appreciated my situation and scheduled me ASAP. The receiver was in stock and Dr. Shauna Kleindl provided outstanding service. These two professionals make an outstanding team. I highly recommend this office. The office is so modern and clean. Not the look of a typical doctor's office. You won't find those hard plastic chairs and white walls. So warm and comfortable. Loved the smell of fresh baked cookies as I walked in.
