Hearing Aid

Ridiculous and disgusting. No cleaning crew. They deal with ear wax and human skin that is not properly cleaned on a daily basis. They are nice to your face but they ridicule you when you leave. Unorganized and dumb.

Despite my moderate hearing loss and not being able to hear my grandson, I hesitated buying hearing aids after seeing the frustration in my partner who went back for adjustments every other week for 3 years, despite buying three different top of the line hearing aids. We were given Jody Dillon's name and both of us visited her. She spent over 3 hours working with her correcting, adding and adjusting filters. While her hearing loss is severe, the improvement was dramatic. I am happy to say she is getting the most out her hearing aids. Once I saw that Jody was knowledgeable, experienced, detail oriented and not afraid to call the manufacturer for assistance, I jumped at the chance to buy my hearing aids from her and have her adjustment them before we went back home to New Jersey. Now I can hear my grandson who speaks softly. Finding an audiologist like Jody Dillon who knows how to get the best performance from a hearing aid makes all the difference in the world. I highly recommend her to anyone who suffers from hearing loss.

We are from NC and my mom's hearing aid broke while on vacation. Without an appt, the doctor fit us in and put in a new battery and improvements to her aid. He was so kind and nice and didn't charge us a thing! We are so grateful!!
