Good service and very flexible with my father's appointments

I recently travelled to Florida to visit my family. An important piece of luggage with my charger for my hearing aids was lost by the airline. The particular hearing aids I have are rechargeable by placing them into the spots on a charger, and the batteries cannot be changed like the traditional ones. The charger is a necessity for these hearing aids. I called and visited several places in the area to see if I could locate one for sale, or rent one while I was visiting. I was at my wit's end when I walked into Miracle Ear and spoke to Dean. Not only did he take the time to listen to my predicament, he went to a closet and pulled out the charger. I asked if I could leave my ears there for a half hour to charge up so I could hear my mother (she's very ill with a very small voice} I returned about a half hour later to pick them up and Dean asked when my flight out was. I told him it was Monday (this being on a Friday). Dean went above and beyond and handed me the charger to use over the weekend and return before I left. I was not asked for any information; no ID, no phone number, address, anything. I returned the charger that Monday morning, gave Dean a huge thank you, and flew back home. I had to contact my audiologist to see if I could get a loaner charger until I saved up the money for the charger. Mind you, my audiologist has every bit of my information; address, social security number, etc... I was flat out denied. So here I sit with great hearing aids & no charger, so no hearing, either. I know this was a long review, but it was such an amazingly compassionate experience that it deserves the details. Thank you, Dean, for restoring my faith in humanity, and for your assistance in a complete stranger's time of need. I will never, ever forget your kindness, and recommend this company with as many stars in the universe, but can only give 5 stars.

Of all the places to choose, I highly recommend this location I will not go anywhere else. Very courteous staff, welcoming atmosphere and attention given is too notch.

Doctor Jennifer Miller is the Most honest Audiologists. I went to autubel They told me I need hearing aids I got a nother test from dr Miller and after the test was finished she said I did not need hearing aids also the office was very clean and the employees were very nice . thank you Dr Miller for your honesty

The people here are amazing!!! Thanks to the drs for taking the time to listen and do everything they can to make me better. The staff go that extra mile and are so friendly. I found a gem with this place. I highly recommend them.

I have been wearing Audibel hearing aids for the last 14 years and have always been satisfied not only with the product but also with the very friendly staff.
