Unprofessional, poorly functioning office equipment. Trial is $300 vs $150 at better hearing aid stores. Audiologist could not adjust hearing aid properly and didn't allow me to have full month trial. Afterwards, I wrote to company president in Gaineville and received no answer to my letter
Followed up with visit to another area hearing aid center in area and received much better hearing aid with only $150 for trial. H-Aid was same price ($3K).
Night and day difference and this hearing aid worked well,.

Dr Skinner does his job very well. He is well known in the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. He work's along side with Dr Gross. And does hearing test all day long. He is very polite & well mannered. I would send any one to his office.
