I was so happy when I called and had my first visit for my new hearing aids . The office I started with 2 months ago closed the doors with no notice and Richard and Kathy took me in and helped me !!! Thanks you so much and I look forward to seeing y’all when it’s time for my maintenance ... feeling blessed again This office is a #1 in my book for anyone that needs help to hear better.

Nothing but an awesome experience with Ed Pitre and his staff. Extremely professional, while still making you feel like he will do everything he can to make you satisfied. Caring and treats you in a personal kind of way. I have my hearing back, thanks to him.

Dr. Debbie is an excellent audiologist. Caring, informative and professional. She does not rush you into decisions and gives you all the information you need to choose the proper aids you may need. Her office is professional and welcoming and I have never had to wait to be seen when an apt has been set. I would recommend Zarajczyk & Associates highly.

Hate to say it but I am getting old. I always worry about what I should and should not be doing to protect my health but rarely actually do anything about it. I met Dr. Laurens at a community event and while we were talking I asked her if I needed a hearing test. When she found out that I had never had a hearing test before she suggested that I come in so that we could at least establish a baseline. I arrived at the facility in Ormond Beach and was immediately greeted by two very nice staff members. The paperwork was minimal and I was done in less than two minutes. Once the paperwork was finished I was escorted back to the examination suite by Dr. Laurens. Dr. Laurens was friendly and professional throughout the process. She took the time to make sure that I understood exactly what we would be doing and then made sure that I understood the results when we were done. Happily, my hearing test results came back in the normal range. However, I will be going back every year or so to make sure that if there are any changes that we can catch them early. I would highly recommend that anyone who is concerned for their health contact Dr. Laurens and make an appointment. You won't regret it.
