Just called to see if they accept medical insurance and getting a straight answer to a simple question took 5 minutes. I then asked if the doctor exam accepts medical insurance and she said, No, ok thank you and hung up...ok, that’s was ridiculous.

I didn't like the fact that I was losing my hearing, but Dr Walden explained everything step by step and helped me find a solution to a problem I'd rather have ignored. My experience has been great and I'm very happy she was referred to me.

I started out on the wrong foot here. (at Audiology Associates) I had a lot going on and was being a high maintenance customer. I did apologize pretty quickly, but they were nice and helpful and professional the whole time. Mary Susan Thornton is who I see, and she is very knowledgeable and nice and friendly. Her expertise is the most valuable reason for going here. I wish I had done it 20 years ago. The classes they give after you get hearing aids are also really helpful and important. If you're thinking you need hearing help, go as soon as possible, again wish I had. The folks at the front and the assistants I have worked with have been the best! Thank you to all of you!
