Hearing Aid

The staff was very nice and helpful.

I have a been a patient of Trinity Hearing and Balance for a number of years. Dr. Hansen and her entire staff are wonderful. You are greeted at the front desk with someone professional and knowledgable and always eager to help you when you need it. Dr. Hansen is not only knowledgable but cares about every patient. She will assist you in finding the best answer for your hearing or balance needs. She never hesitates to go the extra mile for you and will find the answer to any question. I have never once felt I was imposing or asking a stupid question. She has been available every time I have needed help. She offers a wide variety of hearing aids including the new bluetooth models. I have not been a patient of her partner but a friend of mine took her brother to her and had nothing but great things to say. I know they tell you that you are supposed to balance these reviews but I honestly cannot think of anything negative I could say about this practice. I have been a pediatric nurse practitioner for over 40 years and have worked with many wonderful professionals and I would definitely rate Dr Hansen and Trinity Hearing and Balance Center five stars.

Best service, nicest people to deal with. Never any pressure and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

Great practice with terrific prices!

Spends a lot of time tweeking to your personal needs. Loaned me new hearing aids for four weeks, while personalizing each week with above and beyond manufacturer's suggested "customization. Highly recommend Marco's professionalism and ability. Very unusual service for this industry. You will use your hearing aids and appreciate them.

Great service

Recently had a hearing test and purchased hearing aids. The process was easy and informative. Best of all there was no pressure to purchase the most expensive pair of hearing aids. I was encouraged to get a set that worked well with mild hearing loss. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful. Robert was the person who tested and fitted my hearing aids. He was wonderful. I was very pleased with the emtire process.

I was able to speak to the sales associate and get a clear understanding of what type of aid I may need in a few years. Additionally, I spoke to him about the type of aid my father needs. Wonderful service and kindness all around.

I felt that they are concerned about me. Very professional and knowledgeable in their field. They make you feel like family.
