I want to specifically praise those at the Hollywood Simply Hearing location, Dr. Heise, Audiologist Bill and Assistant Lily. Getting hearing aids was a big transition for me and way overdue according to my family. I had resisted doing anything about my hearing loss for too many years, not fully understanding the affect it had on others. I guess it was a vanity issue and a further sign of growing older despite the fact my loss is not related to age. The transition has gone smoothly, primarily through the efforts of those at Simply Hearing. They have spent whatever time necessary to ensure that the hearing aids fit properly and that I know how to properly care for them. They have also shared with me options and related equipment that can further enhance enjoying other activities. I will look forward to my continued future relationship with them. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their caring approach.

Dr. Gryska is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and so kind! She was the perfect person to help my mother with her first hearing aids ever.
