Hearing Aid

Do not hesitate to see Dr. Fernandez. She goes above and beyond for customer service and helped me deal with an issue caused by buying hearing aids online. Don't do what I did and see a professional you can trust.

AWFUL experience. The front desk lady, Eva did not put my name in the books. I drove all the way over there just to be told I could not be seen because they were “too busy.” Maybe they should consider hiring a more competent receptionist. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Go elsewhere!

One of his patients, described to me how he broke a blood vessel, while attempting to inject a mold into the ear, for a hearing aid. Unfortunately, without explaining how to alleviate the injury, the patient screamed in pain, eventually left his office in anger, was conflicted about returning for the hearing aid, and spent the day trying to determine how to stop the bleeding. The patient complained about the pain for two days, describing the hearing as "clogged." I am not quite sure how to rate a person, that never explained to the patient, what should have been done, or what needed to be done, or what to expect, once this happened. Unfortunate.
