Hearing Aid

Had a great experience there. Very thorough exam. The receptionist is very nice!!

Bought a pair of used hearing aids and took them to these girls to program. They sold me some new parts and program them for me, One ear was to loud and my weaker ear not loud enough I went back again and they set them again. This time they both needed a little more volume. They had told me to call late if I needed more adjustment and I did but they said they were to busy to get me in. I would had liked to had them adjusted but I still liked these girls and would go back again and would tell anyone needing a hearing doctor to go to them.

I wish I could give 10 stars! My 17 year old daughter had her tonsils and adenoids out. I was very impressed with the level of care she received from Dr. DiPasquale and his entire staff. We were never rushed, they answered all of her questions and were so compassionate. If you have a need for an ENT doctor, this is the place to go!!

The woman at the front desk and the woman conducting the hearing test were very professional. However, hearing aids are EXTREMELY expensive when you buy from these places. You can buy them on eBay for much less but you'll need an audiogram from your hearing test. These folks will give you a copy - for $250.

I've taken my 91 year old mother there twice. Always, super friendly and patient with her as she has some memory issues. And her HA's always work great! They were proactive in sending her HA's off to get serviced and cleaned before the warranty expires. Highly recommend!

The hearing aids are great quality And the service is 2nd to None! If you need help with your hearing, go to American Family Hearing in Marietta!! They know what they are doing!
