Just had an extensive hearing exam done at Cobb Hearing Aid Services. Keith was incredibly kind and thorough, explaining my hearing deficits an options. THEY SPENT 2 HOURS WITH ME, answering every question! Wonderful service! Cannot recommend Keith and this company enough!

Michael has helped me very much with my new hearing aids, always patient and explaining new things about them to me.

Julie does a great job, she always seems to get my hearing aids fixed up, no matter what condition they are in.

About 30 years ago my ENT discovered that I had a cholesteoma and surgically removed most of my hearing mechanism in that ear, leaving what he called a crude reconstruction and an open eardrum, and about 30% of my hearing capacity in that ear. Having been a Marine marksman and artillery officer, the other ear wasn’t in the best shape either. Starting with one in-ear analog hearing aid (which actually made hearing worse) and going through several generations of digital devices and different audiologists, I finally found In Dr. Wynens an audiologist who took the time and effort to sort out and address my various issues, and supply me with the best available technology to improve my hearing as much as possible, and to follow up with outstanding service when I needed it. I have recommended her to several of my friends with hearing issues, and they have all been more than satisfied with both products and especially her caring service.

Terrible place. I experienced a sudden hearing loss in one ear. I went here and they did the worst hearing test then told me that I could hear just fine! I went to an ENT and a proper audiolost and found out I have reverse slope hearing loss. Thanks for nothing Miracle ear! Now I'm getting a hearing aid from them that will actually work! Worst service ever!

Took my mother in as no other place so far had offer any financial assistance on hearing aids. They were very kind to my mother and very professional. Dr. Chelsea was patient and very good explaining next steps.

Read entire review before going anywhere else!! Awhile back even a few years ago Monica took such good care of my grandfather when he went through the lighthouse program. He actually lost one of his temporary hearing aids while his were getting ready. I was ready to pay for his lost aid and Monica says “things happen I completely understand, if you can find it please let me know but you do not have to pay for it” My grandparents both don’t speak English so they don’t feel comfortable going to any kind of doctors that aren’t Korean but me being protective wanted the best treatment for them. It didn’t matter my grandparents love going to see Monica and her team! They joke around, while her and I converse about her family and kids. She puts everyone at ease, so when my grandmother needed her hearing aids done we waited till insurance would cover and my grandmother was embarrassed about having bulky aids, Monica and her team Melissa and I believe her name is Jenny(who I’ve only spoken on the phone with) worked with their insurance plan and got her a pair that is stylish, comfortable and now we don’t have to yell when we all talk. She knows every in and out of her field, she even realized my grandfather was eligible for upgraded ones. I am very diligent when it comes to my grandparents healthcare but when it comes to hearing aids I never even have to question if their getting correct treatment, utilizing insurance or anything. She is a hidden gem and just a kind person. It took me awhile to write this review because I could write pages on how good she is. She is witty, kind and just a real pleasure of a person!

I met John over 3 years ago. At that time, I decided not to purchase hearing aids from him because they were more expensive than at the big box store. Boy was I wrong, what a waste of money. Yes, I got cheaper aids but the quality was terrible. Also once I needed help with the technology, no one could provide adequate service. Frustrated and discouraged, I came back to see John. He was immediately helpful and adopted me as a patient. He fixed my hearing aids and adjusted them to fit my hearing lost. I wish, I had just bought aids from him from the beginning. I basically wasted 3 years. My plan is to upgrade to Nuear’s aids since they are more technologically advanced and I will definitely use John for the purchasing process. Thank you to John and his wonderful staff.

I had a great experience with the saff at this location. They truly listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The hearing aids are working just as they should. I would like to thank Dr. Erin Luckett and the staff for all of the help. I would recommend them to anyone having hearing problems.

Purchased hearing aids 2 1/2 years ago. They have made such a difference in my life and are still working as well as when I purchased them! I especially like the Resound App that allows you to hear anything on your phone directly into your hearing aids. I frequently listen to audiobooks. Very pleased with the service at this location. Service has improved tremendously in the last year or so with Tyler and Doug being there. Maintenance is free and it is very easy to get appointment on short notice to get them to check the hearing aids if there is a problem.
