If I had to describe my experience with Concept by Iowa in one word it would be: OUTSTANDING! I have had hearing aids for 15 years (3 different sets) and I have never felt more comfortable and confident in the quality of the aids that I purchased or the fitting than I do now. The personal care that I received here was excellent. All of the options were explained to me so I could make an informed decision. I could not be happier. Whether you are considering hearing aids for the first time, or an experienced user, I would recommend Eric and the staff here to anyone!

Jim's help has made a new man out of my brother - or, more properly, brought back the one I knew. From reluctance to engage in conversations (which required shouting for him to participate), his new hearing aids have returned him to being the gregarious, sly, sarcastic guy I grew up with. Who knew such little devices could have such a huge effect!

Both my grandparents got their hearing aids here and I found the staff to be top notch.

Central Speech and Hearing Clinic provides an incredible service to people with hearing loss. Their approach to speech therapy for the person with hearing loss helps to bring that person to his/her greatest potential, not just in speaking, but in cognitive growth, as well. The people who work there are understanding and accommodating and our experience has been wonderful.
