I sustained hearing loss from an ear infection at a relatively young age. Over the years I have tried hearing aids of all brands and from all price ranges, but none have performed as well as the ones I received from Miracle Ear! They also were very reasonably priced. The service and care I have received after the purchase is the best I have ever experienced! In todays society it is so rare to do business with a group of people who actually care about your satisfaction, they truly appreciate your business! This is especially rare in the medical field where you are just another appointment. I can't say enough good things about the St. Cloud Miracle ear location.

I went to the hearing aid center a few days ago as I was having problems with the program switches on my hearing aids. The person that waited on me took a look at them and told me he would fix them. It took about 5 to 10 minutes for him to put on a new cover on each hearing aid. I tried them and they both worked. The old cover was a glossy black color and the new cover was a matte black color. WOW! What a difference. And the best part was...NO CHARGE! Thanks much Costco.
