Excellent fast and professional service. Good soundproof room set up for a hearing test. Hearing doctor/ technician was very friendly. Was able to get a appointment without a long wait.

My husband had THE best experience here. He has been suffering for weeks with a horrible inner ear infection, causing tinnitus and numerous other symptoms. Winnipeg Hearing Centres went out of their way to get him in for an appointment and the immediately helped him get a referral to an ENT. Dr. Patrick DeWarle was very professional and thorough, and also provided temporary solutions until this resolved itself or the ENT can come up with a solution. Special thank you to our friend, Kim, the owner, who made this all happen. Going above and beyond is what makes health care professionals stand out! We are very grateful!

They got me in quickly, friendliest, professional service and environment, and the test was free!

The entire appointment was smooth and efficient. The hearing technician answered all of my questions (and I had many) and was attentive to my concerns. She made me feel at ease and I left the appointment with a better understanding of my hearing and a clean bill of hearing health.

I had a fantastic experience going to Beltone today and when I came here to post a review, I saw that someone else posted one today too. The woman running the office was pleasant and cheery and offered to help in any way that she could. Even though the specialist was out of town at one of their remote locations (they go to a lot of places! How great!), she checked to see if the part I needed was in stock. As that was the limit of what she could do, since she is not a specialist herself but rather manages all of the billing and paperwork, she apologized for the inconvenience and suggested I either leave my mums hearing aid to have the specialist look at when he stopped by the office on his way back from out of town (how great is that - off the clock and everything!) or to make an appointment for a few days time when he would be in the winnipeg office. I left it with her as I thought it would be best so that the doctor could look at it in his time and went on my way. I know I can't just go in to other stores to get things that they don't carry in stock and I know all parts cannot be kept in stock so when people complain about that, like the other reviewer here, it's very unreasonable of them to expect every part to be available all the time. This is why they say to call before you go so you don't waste your time. I recommend Beltone to all of my friends because the people really care - it's not just a business to them, they actually care about us! Oh and I love that they have parking at their new location on Pembina! It was always so hard to get to when it was downtown and now it's lots of parking for free! Thank you to all the Beltone staff for everything they do to go the extra mile. Don't let the grumps get you down! Keep doing what you do and I'll keep recommending you to my friends and family! Excellent and attentive service from Shawn Miller.

Avoid the one on Pembina Highway. The audiologist is rude. I wonder why he became an audiologist when he is so disrespectful of seniors. My dad asked him a question and the audiologist just ignored him. Maybe he needs his hearing tested.
